# PaceMate

> PaceMate shows your live average speed through New Zealand average-speed camera zones, so you can see whether you are under or over the pace the limit allows. Android alpha, invited from a waitlist.

- PaceMate shows your live average speed through New Zealand average-speed camera zones.
- It is in Android alpha. People are invited in batches from a waitlist into the Android beta on Google Play. Android only for now.
- 19 official zones are covered in the alpha, both directions. Gates, distances and limits come from NZ Gazette notices.
- Average-speed cameras time you between two points. Enforcement is based on the average, not your speed at one spot (NZTA).
- PaceMate is not a speed camera detector and cannot guarantee your average. GPS can be inaccurate. Always obey the signed limit and drive to the conditions.
- Pace is calculated on the phone. Live location is never sent anywhere. Only completed trip results (zone, times, average speed) are saved to the account. We never sell your data.
- PaceMate is a product of Lowburn Ventures Limited. Contact: hey@logged.co.nz.
